Patrcia A. Phelan, RSCJ an aluma of both Broadway and San Fransisco College for Women died peacefully last night at Oakwood community surrounded by loving and caring friends after an eight year battle with cancer. Cherished daughter of the late Walter J. and Alice F. Phelan. She is survived by her brother, William D. Phelan; stepmother, Margaret C. Phelan; nephews, Steven, Daniel and Kenneth Phelan and many great nieces and nephews.
